- Work with ABTA to incorporate minimum sustainability criteria in industry excursion standards
- Incorporate sustainability flagship hotel standards into Holiday Village, Sensatori and Couples hotel specification contracts (TUI UK & Ireland)
- Organise a destination accommodation supplier conference focusing on energy reduction (TUI Central Europe)
- Understand the key sustainability issues in three destinations and plan our operational response
